HOW TO BOOK ?
Advance reservation is a must, to check the space availability. The last reservation may be accepted up to 15 days prior to arrival date but will be subjected to availability of Kawan Flores Tour and Travel

PAYMENT
All bookings must be prepaid. A deposit of 30% is required for any reservation once the booking is confirmed. Full payment is required at least 20 days prior to the arrival date. The payment can be done by bank or PayPal transfer (5% extra charge for PayPal transfer which will be paid by clients).

CANCELLATION

• A 50% cancellation fee will be applied 14 days prior to arrival date for low season and within 21 days prior to arrival date for high season.
• No refund / full charged for any cancellation made within 10 days prior to arrival date for low season or no show and within 14 days prior to arrival date for high season or no show.
• After commencement of the tour itinerary, no refund or reduction of package price, either in full or part will be given for any unused services

Kawan Flores Tour and Travel has an authority to rearrange /cancel or substitute elements on the tour itinerary with or without prior notice when local conditions force such changes. No refund & / or no reduction of tour package price can be made for any rearrangement thereupon. Additional expenses incurred due to any delays, flight cancellations, accidents, political action or unrest must be borne by passengers themselves.

LIABILITY:

Kawan Flores Tour and Travel acts only in the capacity of an agent for hotels, carriers, transportation companies and all other service suppliers. Therefore we will not be responsible and will have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, injuries (including death), accidents, change of schedules, delays, flight cancellations, irregularities, etc., which are beyond our control.
